基于虚拟仪器混合编程的弹簧质量系统算法

         

摘要

Conventional methods of calculating spring setback arming system's arming time are lack of simplicity and accuracy. A method of combining hybrid programming with virtual instrument (VI) and Matlabto calculate the arming time of spring setback device under varing acceleration was proposed. The mathematical model of the method was a typical spring-mass system of forced vibration. The hybrid programming was realized by combining Lab VIEW and Matlab, Lab VIEW called Matlab program which had been completely debugged through Matlab-Script After inputting the required information, running the program, then results was output. Verifying result showed that if the varing acceleration met certain requirements, the method could export a good results, that meant the method was of a certain versatility.%针对传统的弹簧后坐保险系统计算方法缺乏简便性、精确性的问题,提出采用虚拟仪器与Matlab混合编程技术为核心的变加速度条件下解除保险时间计算方法.该方法的数学模型是典型的弹簧质量系统受迫振动,实现方法是采用LabVIEW与Matlab混合编程,通过LabVIEW调用Matlab-Script,导入已经调试完成的Matlab程序,经输入运算需要参数后,输出计算结果.验证表明:在变加速度符合一定的要求下,可以得出比较理想的结果,具有一定的通用性.
