基于PXI总线的引信低频半实物仿真系统

         

摘要

针对无线电引信生产中使用通用仪器测试平台对引信信号处理器进行测试效率低,系统一致性和可维护性差,提出基于模块化PXI总线技术的引信低频半实物仿真测试系统。该系统由嵌入式实时 PXI 控制器模块、PXI任意波产生器模块、PXI示波器模块、PXI程控电源模块等组成,使用通用软件编程平台 Visual Stu-dio.NET,Visual C#语言编辑测控软件,将PXI任意波发生器产生的多普勒信号输入到引信低频,由 PXI示波器读取点火信号,最后输出测试结果。实验分析表明,使用PXI技术的炸高测试系统整体性能高,系统误差小,测试时间短,功能扩展性强。%During radio fuze production,signal processor testing was of low efficiency,poor conformance and maintainability by building mixed instrument system.A semi-physical simulation test system of the signal pro-cessor of radio fuze based on PXI-bus was presented in this paper.The system consisted of an embedded real-time PXI control module,a PXI arbitrary waveform generator module,a PXI oscilloscope module,and a PXI programmable power supply module.And the software of the system was designed in the language of Visual C# on the general software programming platform Visual Studio.NET.The PXI arbitrary waveform generator mod-ule generated Doppler signals,which were input the signal processor of radio fuze.The oscilloscope module readout the ignition signal from signal processor,finally,the system output the test result.Analysis of the ex-periment showed the burst height test system based on PXI-bus technology was of high overall performance,lit-tle system error,high efficiency and strong function expansibility.
