微机电技术在引信中的应用综述

         

摘要

随着微机电系统(MEMS)技术的发展,以及武器系统对引信目标及干扰的识别能力 、目标定位和起爆控制能力、安全控制能力及信息交联能力等军事需求,MEMS技术在引信中应用的优势越来越凸显.MEMS引信不但可以降低成本,还可以耐高冲击等恶劣环境,促使引信微型化、灵巧化和智能化发展.本文分析了M EM S技术在引信中应用特点和必要性,将国外M EM S引信发展按器件级、组件级以及系统级三部分论述,分别对其发展现状进行综述,分析了M EM S技术在引信中的应用趋势,为相关研究提供系统分析与研究的依据.%Along with the development of MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical System) technology and contempo-rary fuze target identification ,target location ,safety control ability and other military needs ,MEMS technology has more and more obvious advantages in fuze application .MEMS fuze can reduce costs ,resistant to high im-pact and other hash environment ,makes fuze miniaturization ,smart and intelligent development .Firstly ,the characteristics and necessity of the application of MEMS technology in fuze was highlighted .Secondly ,the for-eign MEMS fuze development was discoursed by device-level ,component-level and system-level ,and the devel-opment of the MEMS fuze was overviewed .Finally ,the development trends of MEMS technology in fuze were discussed .
