应用于超高速制导炮弹的介质波导天线

         

摘要

针对传统的分体设计天线不能很好的满足超高速制导炮弹在超高速、高过载环境下的飞行要求,提出了应用于超高速制导炮弹的介质波导天线.该天线采用了天线与无线电引信风帽的一体化设计,天线辐射单元主体采用金属圆波导结构,天线与射频发射链路之间采用绝缘子同轴馈电.在超高速制导炮弹无线电引信有限尺寸空间条件下,完成了天线的高增益和耐高温腐蚀设计,同时保持了传统波导天线工作频带宽、结构简单紧凑和易于加工的特点.实测结果表明,该介质波导天线不仅适用于超高速制导炮弹对外形尺寸的严格要求,而且在抗烧蚀、及探测性能各种测试条件下工作频带宽、增益高,与仿真结果基本一致.%Aiming at the traditional antenna with split design could not meet the flight requirements of hyperve-locity guided projectile in ultra high speed and high overload environment,a dielectric waveguide antenna for hy-pervelocity guided proj ectile was proposed.The antenna adopted integrated design of antenna and radio fuze hood,the main body of the antenna radiation unit adopted a metal circular waveguide structure,the coaxial feed-ing structure of the antenna was used between the antenna and the radio frequency transmitting link.Under the condition of limited space of radio fuze for hypervelocity guided proj ectile,the design of high gain and high tem-perature corrosion resistance of the antenna was accomplished,meanwhile,the traditional waveguide antenna had the advantages of wide frequency band,simple structure,compact structure and easy processing.The experi-mental results showed that the dielectric waveguide antenna could meet the requirements of Hypervelocity space, ablation and detection,the antenna had wide frequency band,high gain and good beam direction,which was ba-sically consistent with the simulation results.
