MEMS悬臂卡锁式后坐保险机构

         

摘要

Aimed at the problem that the MEMS safety system placed in parallel with the rotation axis brought inconvenience to the design of the detonation sequence,A setback cantilever latch of MEMS safety system placed perpendicular to the rotation axis was proposed.The MEMS setback cantilever latch was studied by combing theoretical analysis with simulation analysis.The simulation results indicated that the setback cantilever latch could recognize two typical circumstances,it ensured the fuze could be in a safe state when meeting drop envi-ronment and the first insurance relieving reliably under launch environment.The setback cantilever latch could be fabricated with substrate based on the UV-LIGA technology so that the new design was not only of simple structure but also reducing the assembly process.%针对与弹轴平行放置的 MEMS安全系统对传爆序列设计带来不便的问题,提出了可用于垂直于弹轴放置的 MEMS安全系统的悬臂卡锁式后坐保险机构.通过理论分析与仿真分析相结合的研究方法验证MEMS悬臂卡锁式后坐保险机构的可行性.仿真结果表明,悬臂卡锁式后坐保险机构可以实现两种加速度环境的区分,保证意外跌落时引信处于安全状态,正常发射时第一道保险可靠解除,且悬臂卡锁式后坐保险机构采用 UV-LIGA工艺与基板一体化加工,减小了装配环节,结构简单易于实现.
