Objective To observe the change of collagen fibers in the exposure and non-exposure skin at different ages, and to investigate the influence of UV on collagen fibers of skin. Methods Skin specimens of 30 patients (9-78y) were stained with VG staining method for collagen fibers and observed. Results Compared with adolescent, collagen fibers of middle and old aged decreased in both exposure and non-exposure skin,and exposure skin were sig-nificantly reduced. Conclusion Long-term ultraviolet radiation would reduce the content of collagen fibers, and caused the formation of skin wrinkles.%目的:观察随着年龄增长,胶原纤维在光暴露皮肤和光保护皮肤中的变化,探讨紫外线对皮肤胶原纤维的影响。方法取(9~78)岁正常皮肤标本共30例,采用VG法染色并观察结果。结果与青少年皮肤的胶原纤维染色结果相比,中老年人皮肤的光暴露和光保护部位的胶原纤维均表现为减少,但光暴露部位胶原纤维的减少更明显。结论长期紫外线照射,可能造成皮肤胶原纤维减少,从而皮肤出现皱纹、松弛的老化表现。
