以人为本：思想政治教育发展的根本诉求

Humanism is not only the essence of the ideological and political education, but also the basic demand of its development. To respect, care for, mold and develop human is the basic connotation of humanistic ideological and political education. To realize the humanistic ideological and political education, humanism should be considered the crucial thinking mode in practice, humanistic education aim should be pursued, humanistic education content should be formed, humanistic education method should be applied and the humanistic education environment should be cultivated.%以人为本是思想政治教育的本质体现，也是思想政治教育发展的根本诉求。尊重人、关心人、塑造人和发展人是以人为本的思想政治教育的基本内涵。以人为本的思想政治教育的实现路径在于在实践中必须把以人为本作为整个思想政治教育的根本思维方式，追求以人为本的教育目的、构建以人为本的教育内容、运用以人为本的教育方法和培育以人为本的教育环境。
