炼油厂瓦斯气回收利用技术

摘要

本文通过对某炼油厂低压瓦斯气系统分析研究，增加微压自动控制系统，配合装置操作参数的调整，降低瓦斯气含水，将低压瓦斯气引入加热炉作为燃料，使瓦斯气回收率达到85%，节约了燃料油消耗，降低了操作成本，为中小型炼化企业提供了技术改进方向。%　　The current situation of gas recovery system in the refinery were introduced, increasing the micro-pressure automatic control system, adjusting the operating parameters of the device, to reduce the moisture content of refinery gas, and then low-pressure gas enter into the furnace as fuel, the rate of refinery gas recovery system is up to 85%, saving the fuel oil, reducing operating costs, it is the model for the small and medium-sized petrochemical enterprises improve on production technology.
