本文通过对某炼油厂低压瓦斯气系统分析研究,增加微压自动控制系统,配合装置操作参数的调整,降低瓦斯气含水,将低压瓦斯气引入加热炉作为燃料,使瓦斯气回收率达到85%,节约了燃料油消耗,降低了操作成本,为中小型炼化企业提供了技术改进方向。% The current situation of gas recovery system in the refinery were introduced, increasing the micro-pressure automatic control system, adjusting the operating parameters of the device, to reduce the moisture content of refinery gas, and then low-pressure gas enter into the furnace as fuel, the rate of refinery gas recovery system is up to 85%, saving the fuel oil, reducing operating costs, it is the model for the small and medium-sized petrochemical enterprises improve on production technology.
