文章首先对 WN 齿轮的强度进行设计,将相关参数进行最小二乘拟合,以提高设计效率及数值的精确度。利用有限元分析软件 ANSYS,对所建立的 WN 齿轮三维模型在其静态模块下的弯曲应力进行分析,通过应力及应变图分析出轮齿的最大弯曲应力发生的位置、应力随受载位置的变化以及沿齿宽方向所引起的变化趋势。本文可为实际工程中轮齿所受的弯曲应力状况提供了参考基础。% In this paper, using the software ANSYS to analyze the bending stress of WN gear 3D modeling in the static module. The position of maximum bending stress, the stress changes with upload position and the trends of stress caused by changes along the tooth width direction were analyzed according to the last stress and strain diagram. Meanwhile, the related parameters of the design were disposed with the least squares fitting to improve design efficiency and numerical accuracy. It provides the basis reference for bending stress conditions of the teeth suffered in actual work.
