法律信仰在依法治国中的价值思考

摘要

New strategic arrangement concerning “Law-based Governance”was made in the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, intended to comprehensively promote “the Law-based Gover-nance”. The key lies in the establishment of law conviction in the society. Hence, the awareness of law will be enhanced due to law conviction, the law status can be strengthened and the law authority can be protected as well. The value of law conviction in the comprehensive “Law-based Governance”is indisputable. Therefore, we should understand the real meaning of law conviction and its components, be faced with all the confusions about law conviction, and have a good command of the substance of law conviction by means of cultivation of law awareness, confidence growth in law-based governance, improvement in law observation of the nation, the credibility in judiciary, government construction of law-based governance and regulation of the market economy. Only in this way, can the value of law conviction be strengthened in the comprehensive law-based governance and construction of the socialist country under the rule of law.%党的十八届四中全会对“依法治国”做出了新的战略部署，意在全面推进依法治国，全面推进依法治国的关键是在全社会确立法律信仰，并通过法律信仰来强化法律意识，巩固法律地位，维护法律权威，法律信仰在全面依法治国中的价值不容置疑，因此，只有理解法律信仰内涵与构成要素，直面各种法律信仰困惑，从培养法律意识、增强法治信心、推进全民守法、强化司法公信力、建设法治政府、规范管理市场经济活动等方面把握法律信仰的要义，才能进一步强化法律信仰在全面依法治国、社会主义法治国家建设中的价值。
