推进高校纪委监督工作方式方法的创新

摘要

高校纪委监督的对象主要包括对贯彻落实党和国家大政方针政策情况的监督、对各级领导班子和领导干部的监督、对权力运行情况的监督、对作风情况的监督四个主要方面，结合该内容可以从决策权、执行权及作风建设方面进行纪委监督方式方法的创新。在这个工作中，学校党委的坚强领导是纪委创新监督工作方式方法的重要保障，教职员工的大力支持是纪委创新监督工作方式方法的基础保障，纪检干部的能力素质是创新纪委监督工作方式方法的关键保障。通过对高校监督工作方式方法的研究，提出了一套科学、有效的监督工作方式方法，为全国高校纪检监察工作提供有价值的指导意见，增强高校纪委惩治和预防腐败的能力，更好地提升高校纪检监察工作的水平和效果，为建设一流大学提供了坚强的政治保障。%The Supervision committee of the university includes supervising the carrying out of the national policies and principles, all levels of the leading cadres, the working of the powers applied in practice and the working atmosphere. And the work of the Supervision Committee can be innovated with such cases as decision powers, the carrying out powers and atmosphere construction, in which the strong leadership of university Party Committee is the guarantee of the Supervision Committee, that the support of the teaching staff is the key to the work of the Supervision Committee, and that the ability and the grace of the supervising cadres are the essence of the Supervision Committee. This paper suggests scientific and effective work procedures to offer the guiding methods for the supervising committee of China and to improve the standard and efficiency of the supervision work of the university to build up the basis for creating the first level university based on the study of the supervision work of the university in China.
