建筑模网混凝土矮墙抗震性能试验研究

         

摘要

The concrete wall with construction formwork is a new,formwork-free composite structural system for residential buildings.A concrete wall with construction formwork is made of the prefabricated steel skeleton and the infilled self-densing concrete without vibration and pounding.Steel skeletons are composed of steel meshes,stiffening ribs in the longitudinal direction,and horizontal zigzag reinforcements.6 squat concrete walls with construction formwork were tested under simulated seismic loadings to investigate the failure modes,hysteretic characteristics,ductility and shear strength of the walls.Is is found that the failure process of concrete walls with construction formwork is similar to that of common concrete walls and all the walls are damaged with shear failure modes.The concrete walls with construction formwork have sufficient shear load carrying capacity and are guaranteed by the Specification for Concrete Structures with Dipy Formwork(DB 21/T1210-2004).However,the ductility capacity of the concrete walls with construction formwork is slightly lower compared to common reinforced concrete walls.%建筑模网混凝土墙体是一种免模板的新型组合结构,是由钢板网、竖向加劲肋和交错连接的水平折钩拉筋构成空间网架结构,内浇不振捣自密实混凝土后制成的一种新型住宅墙体材料.通过6个建筑模网混凝土矮墙的抗震拟静力试验,研究了这种新型墙体的破坏形态、滞回特性、变形能力和抗剪承载力等.研究表明:模网混凝土墙体的破坏过程与普通混凝土墙体较为相似,呈剪切破坏形态;模网混凝土墙体表现出较高的抗剪能力,且《建筑模网混凝土结构技术规程》(DB 21/T1210—2004)对模网混凝土的抗剪强度有足够的保证;模网混凝土墙体变形能力略
