考虑锻件塑性变形的锻造系统动力学建模

         

摘要

A modified model is presented to predict the dynamic responses of the forging system during the forging process,where an elastic-plastic discrete spring model is adopted to simulate the contact interaction between the workpiece and forging dies considering the plastic deformation of workpiece.The dynamic control equation of the forging system subj ected to a forging operation is obtained by combining the finite element method (FEM)and Lagrange equation.A comparison between the results by the explicit FEM of the commercial software LS-DYNA simulations and other results of the previous work is carried out to validate the proposed model.It is shown that the contact boundary condition has significant influence on the dynamic responses of the forging system and the plastic deformation should not be ignored for an accurate calculation of the responses.%提出了一种改进的锻造系统动力学建模方法,采用能够考虑锻件塑性变形的弹塑性离散弹簧模型模拟锻砧和锻件之间的接触行为。结合有限元法和拉格朗日方程建立了锻造系统在锻压过程中的动力学控制方程。通过与商业软件 LS-DYNA显式有限元模型的仿真结果以及其他的结果的比较,验证了所提出模型的有效性和优越性,研究表明接触边界条件对锻造系统的动力学响应影响明显,在精确的响应计算中锻件的塑性变形效应不可忽略。
