文章将中国30个省市划分为东、中、西部三大区域，选取2004～2011年的相关数据，用绿色GDP代表经济发展水平，经单位根及协整检验建立变系数固定效应模型，从区域这一中观层面研究环保投资对经济发展的贡献。结果表明：中国环保投资存在区域不均等现象；环保投资与绿色GDP之间存在长期稳定的协整关系，但不同地区环保投资对绿色GDP的拉动作用存在较大差异，拉动作用最大的为西部地区，中部次之，东部最弱；为了更好地区分中国各省市环保投资对绿色GDP增长的区域差异，经汇总各省市面板数据模型系数，发现各省市环保投资对经济增长均具有显著正效应。%The paper studies the contributions of the investment of environmental protection to the economic de‐velopment from the regional perspective .China’s 30 provinces and cities were divided into eastern ,central and western regions by selecting 2004~2011 data ,using green GDP representing economic development ,and estab‐lishing a variable coefficient fixed effect model through unit root test and cointegration test .The results show that there exists regional inequality in environmental protection investment ;there exists long‐term stable coin‐tegration relationship between environmental protection investment and Green GDP ,but there are great differ‐ences in the pulling function of regional environmental protection investment for green GDP ,with the pulling function of the western region being the largest ,the central region the second ,and the eastern region the last one .In order to distinguish the regional differences of environmental protection investment for the grow th of green GDP among the provinces and cities ,this paper found that there are significant positive effects of envi‐ronmental protection investment of various provinces and cities for economic grow th by summarizing the coeffi‐cient of panel data model of the various provinces and cities .
