以脱毒马铃薯试管苗为材料,研究了室温条件下5种激素、浓度和培养条件对马铃薯试管苗快速繁殖和试管薯形成的影响.结果表明,高浓度IAA使试管苗产生3种不同的生理现象;IAA对马铃薯植株生长有促进作用,但不能诱导形成试管薯;MS+ NAA 0.1 mg/L+ 6-BA 0.1 mg/L+ GA30.5 mg/L+3%蔗糖是结薯率最高的培养基类型.%The rapid propagation and induction of virus-free potato test-tube plantlet were analyzed in this study by five phytohormones with different concentrations and culture conditions. The results showed that, at room temperature, high concentration of IAA will make the plantlets produce three different physiological phenomena; IAA can promote the potato plantlets growth,but can not induce the test-tube potato. The MS culture medium containing NAA 0.1 mg/L + 6-BA 0.1 mg/L + GA3 0. 5 mg/L+ 3% sucrose, is the best for virus-free potato to culture and induce.
