微波热解炭化炉谐振腔的设计与仿真

         

摘要

谐振腔的设计是微波热解炭化炉设计中最重要的环节,其中馈口的数目和分布方式对腔体中电磁场的分布具有较大的影响.基于微波技术波导理论,针对单馈口、两馈口和四馈口3种激励方式提出5种分布方案;采用矢量分析法对腔体中电磁场分布进行理论分析;借助HFSS仿真软件,仿真不同方案腔体内电磁场的分布,得到多馈口激励的最佳分布方案,为微波热解炭化炉谐振腔的优化设计提供了基础.%The resonant cavity is the most important part in the design of microwave pyrolytic carbonization furnace ,moreover ,the number and distribution of the feed port have a great influence on the electromagnetic field distribution in the cavity.Based on the waveguide theory of the microwave technology ,five distribution schemes are proposed for one ,two and four feeds models.Moreover , the distribution of electromagnetic field in cavity is investigated by vector analysis.Corresponding simulation of the distribution of electromagnetic fields in the cavity for different schemes and the optimal distribution scheme of multi-feed excitation is performed by HFSS.It provides the foundation for the optimum design of the resonant cavity of microwave pyrolytic carbonization furnace.
