日本蟳抱卵量与形态参数的相关性分析

         

摘要

Relationships between morphologic parameters including body weight, carapace length, and carapace width and egg carrying capacity were studied in Asian swimming crab Charybdis japonica collected in coastal Dalian. Two color ovigerous crabs were found, black red ( named Chijiahong, CH) , which had a body weight of 28.93-72.87 g, carapace length of 3.70-5.65 cm, and carapace width of 5.25-7.30 cm, with an egg capacity of (16.11-55.12)xl04, and green-gray (named Huagai, HG) , which had a body weight of 18.09-90. 88 g, carapace length of 3.20-5.45 cm, and carapace width of 4. 59-7.73 cm, with an egg carrying capacity of(9. 58-60.63)x 104 . There were significantly higher body weight, carapace length, and carapace width in CH than those in HG (P<0.05). However, average egg carrying capacity, weight per egg, and fecundity were found higher in CH than those in HG, without significant difference (P> 0.05). In the both color crabs, there was a positive correlation between egg carrying capacity and body weight, carapace length, and carapace width, but higher coefficients were observed in HG for each parameter.%对大连南部沿海日本蟳Charybdis japonica抱卵量与体质量、头胸甲长、头胸甲宽等形态参数的相关性进行了研究.结果表明:抱卵蟹可分为两种体色,体色暗红的“赤甲红”体质量为28.93 ~ 72.87 g,头胸甲长为3.70~5.65 cm,头胸甲宽为5.25~ 7.30 cm,抱卵量为16.11~55.12万粒/只;体色灰绿的“花盖”体质量为18.09~90.88 g,头胸甲长为3.20~5.45 cm,头胸甲宽为4.59~ 7.73 cm,抱卵量为9.58~60.63万粒/只.抱卵“赤甲红”的体质量、头胸甲长、头胸甲宽的平均值均明显大于“花盖”(P<0.05).“赤甲红”平均抱卵量、生殖力、单粒卵质量的平均值均高于“花盖”,但差异不显著(P>0.05).两种体色蟹的抱卵量与体质量、头胸甲长、头胸甲宽均呈正相关,“花盖”的各相关系数均大于“赤甲红”,二者抱卵量与体质量的相关系数最高.
