In this paper the stationary tested method was adopted to determine the acute and chronic toxicity of triclosan to the northeast frog tadpoles which were exposed to different concen-tration gradient of triclosan. The acute data were obtained by effects-dose relationship. 24h-LC50 is 1. 578mg·L-1 and 48h-LC50 1. 102mg·L-1 respectively. The largest no lethal effect concentration of triclosan to the tadpoles is 0. 8mg·L-1 . By kinetics test of catalase activity it can be found that the enzyme activity increased 3. 5% in 2 days, and reached the maxium value beyond the blank value with 49. 9% in 7 days to indicate the oxidative stress effect. It should be pay more attention to chronic damage, long-term toxicity and comprehensive impact on the eco-logical environment.%采用静置驯养-暴露方法测定了东北林蛙蝌蚪在不同质量浓度梯度三氯生中的急、慢性毒性,由剂量-效应关系获得其24 h-LC50和48 h-LC50值分别为1. 578 mg·L-1和1. 102 mg·L-1 ,48 h最大无致死效应质量浓度为0. 8 mg·L-1;进一步测定了蝌蚪暴露在最大无致死效应质量浓度下11 d期间体内的过氧化氢酶活性动力学变化特征. 结果显示,暴露2 d时蝌蚪体内过氧化氢酶活性升高3. 5 %,产生了氧化胁迫作用,暴露7 d时过氧化氢酶活性升高49. 9 %,达到峰值,之后呈现逐渐降低趋势但仍高于正常值. 鉴于三氯生对蝌蚪的慢性损害和长期毒性明显存在,其对生态环境的综合影响将不容忽视.
