[目的]分析复方利多卡因乳膏在小儿包皮环切术中应用的效果以及同其他麻醉方法的对比.[方法]择期手术患儿90例,随机分成三组.A组为氯胺酮加复方利多卡因乳膏组,B组为氯胺酮加阴茎根部阻滞组,C组为单纯氯胺酮组.观察手术期间以及术后麻醉效果.[结果]A组与B组麻醉效果明显优于C组,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.01);A组和B组患儿意识恢复时间明显少于C组,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.01);B组的手术困难率明显高于A组和C组,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.01).[结论]复方利多卡因乳膏用于小儿包皮环切术有明显优势.%[ Objective] To analyze the effect of compound lidocaine cream used in pediatric circumcision and the difference from other anesthetic methods. [ Method] Ninety cases undergoing selective operation were divided into three groups randomly, Ketamine with compound lidocaine cream was used n group A. Ketamine and penis root block were applied in group B. Ketamine only was in group C. The effect of anesthesia was observed during the operation. [ Result ] The effect of anesthesia in group A and B was significantly superior to group C (P ＜0.01 ). The time of consciousness recoveryin group A and B was less than that in group C (P ＜0. 01 ). The difficulty of operation in group B was significantly higher than that in group A and C (P ＜0.01 ). [ Conclusion] Compound lidocaine cream has apparently advantage to be used in pediatric circumcision.
