等效结构应力法在铁路车辆焊接结构中的应用

摘要

The causes of fatigue cracks appeared at the welds on the framework of a tank container box are analyzed, and a measure is taked to reinfore the seam locally. The fatigue life prediction for the seam with and without the reinforement is performed for the welds. The results show that the local reinforcement makes great decline in the structural stress, thereby increasing the fatigue performance of the structure.%分析了罐式集装箱在运用过程中箱体框架的焊缝上产生疲劳裂纹的原因,并对焊缝裂纹处采取了局部补强方案,对原方案和补强方案采用等效结构应力法,对焊缝的疲劳寿命进行预测.结果表明补强后的方案使结构应力下降较大,进而增强结构的抗疲劳能力.
