聚醚合成润滑油基础油

         

摘要

Using epoxybutane, benzene NaOH and CH3CH2OH, an equivalent HVD50 lubricant base oil was produced. The effects of catalyst concentration, composition, polymerization temperature and aging time on the viscosity and yield of the synthetic lubricant base oil were studied. The optimum process conditions are at the polymerization temperature of 90℃, catalyst dosage of 0.5% , starting agent of 0.5% , aging time of 7. 5 h, and polymerization pressure of 0. 3 MPa with 60. 7% of polyether yield. The polyether kinematic viscosity at 401 is 9. 93 mm2· s-1, and its viscosity index reaches 120. The property of the new polyether synthetic lubricant base oil is much higher than the one nature of mineral oil.%以环氧丁烷为原料,NaOH为催化剂,CH3CH2OH为起始剂,在苯溶剂下聚合制得相当于HVI350润滑油基础油.考察了催化剂的浓度、起始剂配比、聚合温度和老化时间对合成润滑油基础油粘度和产率的影响,适宜的工艺条件为:聚合温度90℃,催化剂的加入量0.5%,CH3 CH2 OH起始剂的配比0.5%,老化时间7.5h,聚合压力0.3 MPa,其聚醚的产率60.7%,聚醚运动粘度(40℃)9.93 mm2.s-1,粘度指数(Ⅵ)达到120.开辟了聚醚类合成润滑油基础油的新品种,其油品性质远远高于矿物油的性质.
