大理地区医疗纠纷第三方调解机制构建研究

摘要

At present, the Third-party Mediation mechanism for Medical Malpractice has attracted more and more practices and approvals. Some regions in Yunnan province have carried out this mechanism, but none in Dali city. So, this paper ties to suggest government to conduct further research, to give wide publicity, to reserve talent, to perfect the co-operation with insurance companies, and to establish the new third-party mediation mechanism of medical malpractice as soon as possible.%　　当前，新的医疗纠纷第三方调解机制得到了越来越多的实践和认可，云南部分地区已经开展，而大理地区仍旧缺失。为此，建议政府能进一步开展相关调研，广泛宣传，储备人才，完善与保险公司的合作，尽早建立大理地区医疗纠纷第三方调解机制。
