目的：分析激光辅助孵化技术对高龄妇女冻融胚胎种植潜力的影响。方法：对427例患者，根据年龄、是否辅助孵化进行分组，比较各组间胚胎种植率及临床妊娠率。结果：＜35岁的患者，两组胚胎种植率AH组高于非AH组、差异有统计学意义，临床妊娠率无明显差异、差异无统计学意义；而≥35岁的患者，胚胎种植率及临床妊娠率AH组高于非AH组，且差异均有统计学意义。结论：激光辅助孵化技术的应用能够提升高龄患者的临床妊娠率，尤其是能显著提高冻融胚胎移植的种植率。%Objective: To analyze the influence of laser-assisted hatching technology on the potential of elderly women's freeze-thawed embryo transfer. Methods:427 patients were grouped by age and assisted hatching(AH). Comparison of embryos implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate were carried out among groups. Results: Among <35 years old patients, two groups' embryos implantation rate of AH were higher than non-AH groups with statistically significant, but there was no difference in clinical pregnancy rate and statistic;among ≥35 years old patients, embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate of AH group were higher than non-AH group, and were statically significant. Conclusion:The application of laser-assisted hatching technology can increase clinical pregnancy rate in elderly patients, especially in greatly promoting implantation rate of frozen-thawed embryo.
