睾丸平滑肌瘤1例报告并文献复习

摘要

Objective To study the diagnosis methods and treatment of testicular leiomyoma. Methods The clinical findings,radiological manifestations,treatment and pathological changes of one male patient with testicular leiomyoma were analyzed and the relevant literature was reviewed. Re-sults The patient received open opearation under general anesthesia.Pathological examination con-firmed the diagnosis of testicular leiomyoma. Conclusions The existence of testicular leiomyoma could be suggested by the ultrasonography,CT scan or MRI.The final diagnosis depended on the pathological examination.Surgical excision was a safe and effective procedure for testicular leiomyo-ma.%目的：探讨睾丸平滑肌瘤的诊断与治疗方法。方法回顾分析我院收治的1例睾丸平滑肌瘤患者的诊治过程，结合文献复习，讨论其临床、影像表现及治疗方法。结果行根治性睾丸切除术，术后病理证实为睾丸平滑肌瘤，术后随访15个月未见复发。结论 B 超、CT、MRI 检查均可发现阴囊内包块，确诊依靠病理学检查，手术切除安全有效。
