基于Web的运维流程管理系统的设计与实现

摘要

变更类业务是互联网企业集群运维中最为核心的部分，一个良好的变更类业务流程管理系统能极大地提高效率。结合具体的企业生产环境，设计并实现了一个变更类业务流程管理系统。系统基于Web实现，前端提供了用户友好的界面，后端采用了服务化的架构进行服务拆分。详细论述了系统的整体架构、各个服务的实现逻辑，及采用的相关技术和方法。系统投入运行后很好地满足了变更类业务的需求，在稳定性、扩展性上表现良好。%Changing busineess is the core part in cluster operation of a modern internet enterprise. A good process management system for changing business can greatly improve the efficiency of operation. The thesis combined concrete enterprise environment, designed and realized a process management system. The system realized based on Web, the front-end provided a user-friendly interface, the back-end used a service architecture. The thesis discussed in detail the whole structure of the system, the logic of each service, related technology and method. The system meets the requirements of process management after been put into operation, and performs well in stability and scalability.
