团体辅导在高校辅导员工作中的应用与展望

摘要

将团体辅导更好地引入到辅导员的工作中,为辅导员提供高效的教育途径.从大学生的人际交往、班级建设与管理、思想政治教育、时间管理与自主学习、职业规划等方面阐述了我国高校辅导员应用团体辅导的现状,指出了辅导员在应用团体辅导时,在理论基础、专业实践、培训与督导方面存在的不足,并进行改进的展望.%More application of group counseling in advisors' work means more efficient education.This article points out the present situation of group counseling in colleges and universities,as applied in students' interpersonal communication,class management,ideological and political education,students' time management and self-directed learning and their career planning.It urges college advisors to increase their theoretical knowledge and professional practice and become better at group counseling through training and supervision.
