超声心动图评价骨髓干细胞移植治疗缺血性心脏病的进展

新近开展起来的骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)移植术给缺血性心脏病患者带来了新的希望.超声心动图能够直观、准确地评价MSCs移植术前后心脏形态及功能的变化.现对应用超声心动图评价MSCs移植术治疗缺血性心脏病的进展作一综述.%The development of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) transplantation has given new hope for the patients with ischemic heart disease. Echocardiography can estimate the change of the heart' s morphology and function before and after MSCs transplantation directly and precisely. This article reviews the progress of echocardiography in evaluating MSCs transplantation treatment of ischemic heart disease.
