血浆乳糜程度比浊板和溶血程度比色板的制作与应用

             

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of chyle levels of plasma turbidity plate and degrees of plasma hemolysis shadeguide for reducing the unnecessary retirement of plasma due to objective incorrect assessment in the process of blood collection and supply. Methods Fifteen staffs were randomly grouped to compare the chyle and hemolysis samples in critical level at different light by chyle plasma turbidity plate and plasma hemolysis shadeguide in order to check the influence of the natural or artificial light. The chyle and hemolysis plasma discarding data were analyzed from 2012 to 2013. Results There was no difference between the natural light and the light of lamp(P>0.05)whereas a significant difference was seen between chyle levels of plasma turbidity plate and degrees of plasma hemolysis shadeguide(P0.05);未对照与对照比浊板和比色板前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2012年乳糜血浆报废率达到0.46%,血浆溶血报废率达到0.26%;2013年乳糜血浆报废率0.41%,溶血血浆报废率0.18%,应用比浊板、比色板后血浆报废率均有明显下降(P<0.01).结论 采用比浊板和比色板图片控制乳糜血浆、溶血血浆非正常报废,可作为采供血过程中快速、简便、有效鉴别血浆乳糜程度、血浆溶血程度的有效方法.
