目的:观察应用冲牙器对慢性牙周炎患者牙龈卟啉单胞菌(P.gingivalis,Pg)的影响.方法:选取40例慢性牙周炎患者,随机分成对照组(20例)和观察组(20例),对照组指导BASS刷牙,观察组在BASS刷牙的基础上使用冲牙器;分别于牙周基础治疗前,治疗后3个月和6个月记录患者牙周探诊深度、菌斑指数和Mazza出血指数,并采集龈下菌斑,定量PCR测定Pg含量.结果:经过牙周基础治疗后两组患者的牙周状况明显改善和Pg含量较治疗前明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),使用冲牙器的观察组患者效果更为明显.结论:冲牙器提供的超细高压水柱,对牙周维护期的龈下菌斑中Pg的控制有一定的作用.%Objective:To investigate the inhibition effect of oral irrigator on P. gingivalis in patients with chronic pe-riodontitis. Methods:Forty patients with chronic periodontitis were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,that 20 cases for each group respectively. BASS method was used to brush the teeth for control group,and both BASS method and oral irrigator were performed for the observation group. The periodontal status of all the patients,such as the plaque index( PLI) ,probing depth( PD) and bleeding index( BI) were recorded before treatments,3 months and 6 months after treatment,respectively. The subgingival plaque samples were collected before and after scaling and root planning( STR) and the content of Pg was detected by RT-PCR. Results:The patients' periodontal status of both groups were improved sig-nificantly after STR treatment and the content of Pg was significantly decreased compared with before treatment,both of which the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The ultrafine high-pressure water column provided by oral irrigator has a certain effect on controlling the Pg in subgingival plaque of periodontal maintenance period.
