[目的]探讨肌电图(EMG)在周围神经损伤及修复中的监测作用.[方法]将2008年1月至2011年11月在本院确诊的50例周围神经损伤患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析周围神经损伤的EMG监测结果、损伤程度分级以及疗效.[结果]周围神经损伤时,EMG异常率为100%;EMG和手术判断结果仅有2例不符;行周围神经修复以及对损伤时间过长的采用矫正手术,周围神经功能均明显改善.[结论]EMG对周围神经损伤的诊断、程度分级以及功能恢复方面具有非常重要的意义.%[Objective]To explore the role of electromyogram(EMG) in monitoring peripheral nerve injury and regeneration. [Methods]Fifty patients with peripheral nerve injury in our hospital from Jan. 2008 to Nov. 2011 were selected as the subjects. The result of EMG, the degree of injury and curative effect of peripheral nerve injury were retrospectively analyzed. [Results]The abnormality rate of EMG in patients with peripheral nerve injury was 100%. The result of EMG of 2 patients was inconsistence to the result of surgery pathological judgment. The function of peripheral nerve was significantly improved after peripheral nerve repair and corrective operation. [Conclusion]EMG plays an important role in the diagnosis, the grade of injury degree and functional recovery.
