参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗特发性肺间质纤维化的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of shenxiong gluose injection on patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). Methods A randomized controlled clinical trail was conducted in patients with 1PF. Shenxiong gluose group were treated by shenxiong gluose injection and contrast group were treated by gluose injection, three courses of treatment was used to research. Clinical features and some examinations were done before and after treatment. Results Shenxiong gluose group and control group had no significant improvement after the first and second course of trement. After the third course, shenxiong gluose group did not provide better improvement in FEV| and FVC than baseline, however, FEV1 and FVC in treatment group averagely increased by 18 mL、40 mL respectively, Dlco aver-agely increased by 20 mL/min/mmHg, and it had significant difference (P < 0. 05), but they were not significant difference in contrast group(P >0.05). It was significant difference in treatment group compared with the contrast group in total effective rate of clinical effect and lungs computerized tomography. Conclusion Shenxiong gluose has good clinical value in the treatment of IPF,and it can significantly improve clinical show and lung diffusion function of patients with IPF,but it has no effect on lung ventilation function.%目的 探讨参芎葡萄糖对特发性肺间质纤维化患者的疗效.方法采用随机对照研究特发性肺间质纤维化患者,参芎葡萄糖组使用参芎葡萄糖注射液,对照组使用葡萄糖注射液,总观察三个疗程,治疗前后观察临床表现,检查肺功能、肺CT.结果第一、二个疗程后,参芎葡萄糖组和对照组FEV1、FVC及DLco较治疗前无明显改善.第三个疗程后,参芎葡萄糖组FEV1、FVC平均分别增加了18mL、40 mL,但差异不显著(P＞0.05),DLco平均增加了20 mL/min/mmHg,差异显著（P＜0.05）；对照组FEV1、FVC及DLco平均分别增加了2 mL、10 mL、1.1 mL/min/mmHg,无显著差异(P＞0.05).参芎葡萄糖组总有效率76.9％,而对照组5.6％,差异显著(P＜0.05).肺CT改善率,参芎葡萄糖组总有效率66.7％,对照组为O,差异显著(P＜0.05).结论参芎葡萄糖对特发性肺间质纤维化有较好的临床价值,可改善患者的临床表现及肺弥散功能,而对肺通气功能无显著影响.
