盐酸舍曲林片对抑郁的稳定期COPD患者6分钟步行试验的影响

摘要

目的 探讨盐酸舍曲林片对抑郁的稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者6 min步行试验的影响.方法 将120例抑郁的稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为常规组和实验组,常规组仅实施常规的治疗,实验组除给予常规的治疗,还给予盐酸舍曲林片口服抗抑郁治疗,5周后行6 min步行试验,试验前后记录患者的血压、心率及呼吸频率,采用美国GEM Premier 3000型血气分析仪测定血气结果,所有患者均测定肺功能.结果 实验组和常规组在6 min步行试验距离、动脉血氧饱和度下降分数、血乳酸浓度方面,差异均具有显著性,6 min步行距离同FEV1、FEV1/FVC正相关,动脉血氧饱和度下降分数同FEV1、FEV1/FVC比值呈明显负相关(P<0.05).结论 盐酸舍曲林片能改善抑郁的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的6 min步行距离,提高运动耐力.%Objective To investigate the Influences of Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease accompanied with depression in 6-minute walk test. Methods 120 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease accompanied with depression were randomly divided into conventional group and experimental group, conventional group were only given conventional treatments, while experimental experimental experimental experimental group were given Sertmline Hydrochloride Tablets additionally. 6-minute walk test were evaluated in patients after 5 weeks,Blood pressure,heart rates and respiratory rates were recorded before and after testing, arterial blood gas were measured by the U. S. GEM Premier3000 blood gas analyzer, lung function were measured in all patients. Results Comparing to the conventional group, there were significantly differences in the distance of 6-minate walk test, degression fraction of arterial oxygen saturation, blood lactate concentration. the distance of 6-minute walk test were positively correlated with FEV1 and FEV 1/FVC, degression fraction of arterial oxygen saturation were negatively correlated with FEV1 and IEV 1/FVC ( P ＜ 0. 05 ).Conclusions Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets can improve the distance of 6-minute walk test in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease accompanied with depression,and increase the endurance of sports.
