激素治疗验证闭塞性细支气管炎伴机化性肺炎临床诊断(附3例报告)

摘要

Objective To discuss the significance of hormonotherapy in the clinical diagnosis of bronchiolitis obliterans organizing pneumonia(BOOP). Methods Three cases, primary diagnosised of BOOP, were treated with adrennocortical hormone. then the changes of clinical feature and chest imageology vere observed. Results After been treated with adrennocortical hormone, all patients'symptoms were in remission. Their lung infiltration disappeared gradually, and were finilly absorbed completely or almostly one year later.Conclusion The effectiveness of hormonotherapy may be treated as the defining characteristics of BOOP.%目的 探讨激素治疗闭塞性细支气管炎伴机化性肺炎的意义.方法 对3例临床上拟诊COPD的患者,给予糖皮质激素治疗,观察患者病情及肺部影像学变化.结果 接受激素治疗后,3例患者病情缓解,肺部病变逐渐好转,1年后随访,肺部病变完全或基本吸收.结论 激素治疗有效可作为COPD的临床诊断依据.
