肺纤维化患者血清中IL-9、IL-10、PU.1水平及其临床意义

摘要

目的：研究特发性肺纤维化（IPF）患者血清中白细胞介素-9（IL-9）、白细胞介素-10（IL-10）、转录因子PU．1水平的变化，探讨其在肺纤维化中的作用。方法采用荧光定量逆转录聚合酶链反应法分别检测IPF患者30例，健康对照者25例血清中IL-9、IL-10及PU．1mRNA表达水平。结果（1） IPF组患者血清IL-9水平明显高于对照组（P＜0.01）。（2） IPF组患者血清IL-10明显低于对照组（P＜0.01）。（3） IPF组患者血清PU.1水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）。（4）IL-9与IL-10表达呈负相关（r＝－0.778，P＜0.05）。结论IL-9、IL-10、PU．1参与IPF的发病过程，联合检测这三种因子对于IPF发病机制的探索及临床诊治具有重要意义。%Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of interleukin-9, interleukin-10 and PU.1 in peripheral blood of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).Methods A total of 30 patients with IPF and 25 normal controls were enrolled in this study .The mRNA level of plasma interleukin-9 (IL-9), inter-leukin-10 ( IL-10) and PU.1 were detected by realtime quantitative reverse transcription polymerise chain reaction ( RT-PCR) .Results The mRNA level of plasma IL-9 in peripheral blood of patients with IPF were statistically higher than those in normal controls (P<0.01).The mRNA level of plasma IL-10 in the peripheral blood of patients with IPF were statistically lower than those in normal controls ( P<0.01 ) .The mRNA level of plasma PU .1 in pe-ripheral blood of patients with IPF were higher than those in normal controls ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion The in-creased levels of IL-9, L-10 and PU.1 in peripheral blood of patients with IPF may be related to the occurrence of IPF, so the combined detection has important significance for IPF clinic diagnosis and therapy .
