Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of 164 adults infected with human adenovi-rus type 7. Methods A total of 164 patients infected with the human adenovirus were observed. Epidemic question-naires were used to collect the data of clinical features of the disease including symptoms, signs, images and laborato-ry tests. Real time polymerase chain reaction was performed to detect adenovirus. Results Most covert infected pa-tients happened in February to March. The total patients were male, and their mean age was 19 years old, ranging from 17 to 25 years old. Contact link such as obvious dormitory and mess hall aggregation were observed. The most common symptoms were cough, pain of tonsil, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. The most common signs were pharynge-al congestion, lymphatic follicular hyperplasia, and enlargement of tonsils. Laboratory tests showed that the number of white blood cells, neutrophils and monocytes in the peripheral blood in most patients was elevated. Conclusion Non-fever infection of Adv sufferers may have cough, pain of tonsil, expectation, abdominal pain and diarrhea. WBC, neutrophil and monocytes may be elevated. Early detection of non-fever suffers, timely anti-viral treatment, quarantine and medical observation can effectively control the spreading of adenovirus infection epidemics.%目的 通过对一起成人腺病毒B组7型感染者的临床及流行病学资料进行分析,以期总结规律,提高防治水平,便于早期诊断和及时控制疫情.方法 收集2015年2月至2015年3月收治的164例成人腺病毒B组7型核酸阳性非发热感染者,记录症状、体征、实验室检查,以及影像学表现等临床资料.结果疫情主要集中在2月至3月份.均为年轻男性,平均年龄为19岁,流行病学调查显示患者均有居住于同一宿舍或者同一餐厅就餐等密切接触史.体温正常阳性者主要表现咳嗽、咽痛、腹痛、腹泻等.常见的体征包括咽部充血、咽部滤泡和扁桃体肿大.实验室检查显示,部分患者的白细胞、中性粒细胞比例偏高、单核细胞比例偏高,淋巴细胞比例降低.均给予利巴韦林辅助莲花清瘟胶囊治疗,同时加强对症支持治疗,所有患者均治愈出院,无死亡.结论 成人腺病毒B组7型核酸阳性非发热感染者,主要有咳嗽、咽痛、腹痛、腹泻等表现.部分患者血常规白细胞、中性粒细胞、单核细胞比例升高.及时治疗有助于患者康复,对密切接触者进行隔离和医学观察对控制腺病毒疫情扩散是必要的.
