Objective To explore the influence of comfort care on pain degrees and quality of life of patient with cancer pain .Methods A total of 144 cancer pain patients were randomly assigned to two groups of 72 ones each .Both groups received routine treatment and nursing for oncology ,research group was plus com-fort care for 1 month . Quality of life and pain degrees were assessed with the WHO Quality of Life (WHOQOL-BREF) and Faces Pain Scale-Revised (FPS-R) at the end of 1 month observation .Results The total ,PHYS ,PSYCH ,ENVIR score of the WHOQOL-BREF were significantly higher (P<0 .01) and the proportions of very happy/painlessness ,a bit of pain and mild pain (P<0 .05) were significantly higher and that of more obvious pain lower (P<0 .05) in research than control group at the end of 1-month intervention .Conclusion Comfort care could lessen pain degrees of cancer pain patients notably and in-crease patients’ quality of life .%目的探讨舒适护理对癌症疼痛患者疼痛程度及生活质量的影响。方法将144例癌症疼痛患者随机分为两组，每组72例。两组患者均给予肿瘤科常规治疗及护理，研究组在此基础上联合舒适护理。观察1个月。干预1个月末，采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表、Wong-Banker面部表情量表法评定生存质量及疼痛程度。结果干预1个月末，研究组世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表总分及生理领域、心理领域、环境领域因子分均显著高于对照组（P＜0．01），非常愉快无疼痛、有一点疼痛、轻度疼痛的比率显著高于对照组（P＜0．05），疼痛较明显率显著低于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论舒适护理能够明显减轻癌症疼痛患者的疼痛程度，提高患者的生活质量。
