八味妇炎合剂灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎临床分析

摘要

Objective To observe the efficacy of eight‐taste gynecological inflam‐mation mixture (EGIM ) enema in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) .Methods Ninety‐six PID patients were randomly assigned to two groups of 48 ones each ,observation group was treated with EGIM enema and control group with routine antibiotic intravenous drip for 3 months .Results Effec‐tive rate was significantly higher in observation than control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion EGIM enema has an evident effect in pelvic inflammatory disease .%目的：观察八味妇炎合剂灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法将96例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为两组，每组48例，观察组予以八味妇炎合剂灌肠治疗，对照组予以常规抗生素静脉滴注，观察3个月。结果观察组有效率为89．6％，对照组为70．8％，观察组显著高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论八味妇炎合剂灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著。
