目的 探讨医护一体化护理在胆囊切除患者中的应用效果.方法 将104例胆囊切除患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组52例,两组患者均给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上联合医护一体化护理.比较两组患者术后并发症发生情况,胃肠功能恢复时间、下床活动时间和住院时间及出院时对护理的满意度.结果 观察组术后并发症发生率为7.7%,对照组为23.1%,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胃肠功能恢复时间、下床活动时间、住院时间显著少于对照组,满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01).结论 医护一体化护理在胆囊切除患者中应用效果显著,可减少患者并发症发生,有助于快速恢复患者胃肠功能,缩短住院时间,提高患者满意度.%Objective To explore the application effect of physician-nurse integration nursing (PNIN) in post-cholecystectomy patients. Methods A total of patients undergoing cholecystectomy were randomly divided into two groups of 52 ones each,both groups received routine nursing,and on this basis observation group was plus PNIN. Development conditions of postoperative complications,recovery time of gastrointestinal function,time of out-of-bed activity and length of hospital stay were observed for both groups and compared,meanwhile patients' satisfaction degrees to nursing compared. Results The incidence of complication was respectively 7.7% in observation and 23.1% in control group and the former significantly lower than the latter (P<0.05);recovery time of gastrointestinal function and time of out-of-bed activity were significantly earlier,lengths of hospital stay fewer,and satisfaction degree higher in observation than in control group (P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion PNIN has an evident effect in post-cholecystectomy patients,could reduce the development of complications,and is conducive to quick recovery of gastrointestinal function,shortening of length of stay and improvement of patients' satisfaction degree.
