Objective To explore the efficacy of buspirone plus Anshen Bunao decoction in post stroke depression (PSD). Methods Eighty PSD patients were assigned to two groups according to random number table,both groups received routine pharmacotherapy for PSD,rehabilitation training and psychotherapy and took orally buspirone. On this basis observation group was plus Anshen Bunao decoction for 4 weeks. Efficacies and incidences of adverse reactions were compared between 2 groups. Results At the end of the 4th week total effective rate was respectively 95.0% in observation and 82.5% in control group,the former was higher than the latter,but group difference wasn't significant (X2=3.13,P>0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was respectively 15.0% in observation and 25.0% in control group,the former was lower than the latter,but group difference wasn't significant (X2=1.25,P>0.05). Conclusion Buspirone plus Anshen Bunao decoction have a synergism,evident effect and higher safety compared with single buspirone in post stroke depression.%目的 探讨丁螺环酮联合安神补脑汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床疗效和安全性.方法 将80例脑卒中后抑郁患者按随机数字表法分为两组,均予以脑卒中常规药物治疗、康复训练、心理治疗,口服丁螺环酮治疗.观察组在此基础上给予补脑安神汤治疗,观察4周.比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率.结果 治疗4周末,观察组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为82.5%,观察组总有效率高于对照组,但两组比较差异无显著性(X2=3.13,P>0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为15.0%,对照组为25.0%,观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,但两组比较差异无显著性(X2=1.25,P>0.05).结论 丁螺环酮联合安神补脑汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁具有增效作用,疗效显著,安全性高,优于单用丁螺环酮治疗.
