Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) are malignant diseases of bone-marrow stem-cells, characterized by ineffective haemopoiesis leading to peripheral-blood cytopenia and, in many patients, progression to acute myeloid leukaemia. It's very rare in children, partly because there is no gold standard yet for diagnosis and treatment. It is very important to make the diagnostic criteria of MDS for clinical practice.%骨髓增生异常综合征是一组起源于造血干/祖细胞的异常克隆性疾病,以无效造血、造血细胞形态功能异常及向急性髓系白血病高转化率为特征.该综合征在儿童中少见,由于缺乏诊断与治疗的金标准,使临床诊治极其混乱,易造成医疗失误或医疗纠纷,加强对该病的认识极为重要.
