紫癜性肾炎的诊断与治疗需要临床与病理综合考虑,适时进行肾活检十分必要.依据国际小儿肾脏病研究组(ISKDC)标准进行肾病理的分级,有益于儿童紫癜性肾炎急性期肾损伤程度的客观评价和优化药物治疗的指导,结合肾小管-间质损伤的评估则有利于长期预后的判断.紫癜性肾炎的免疫病理特征有助于帮助儿肾医师进行临床疾病的甄别.%It's very important to combine clinical features with pathological morphological manifestations for the diagnosis and treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis (HSPN) and so a timely renal biopsy is very necessary.Pathological grading according to the International Study of Kidney Disease in Children (ISKDC) classification could provide an objective evaluation of the glomerular damage in the acute stage and an evidence to select an optimum therapy, and furthermore estimate the long-term prognosis combining with tubulointerstitial assessment in pediatric HSPN.The renal immunofluorescence features of purpura nephritis could help pediatric nephrologists distinguish from other kidney diseases with similar pathological findings.
