Objective To study the clinical effect of micro locking plate with external fixation for the treatment of children clavicular fracture.Methods Retrospective studies on 21 eases of children clavicular fracture.All cases were treated by using micro locking plate with extemal fixation.Results All the patients were followed up for 6 ～ 12 weeks after operation.Fractures were all bone healing.According to the criteria of Constant-Murley,there were 15 cases excellent,5 fair and 1 poor.1 case of partial loss of fracture reduction,2 cases of slight infection in nail path,1 case of scar proliferation at the nail path.No nail was broken and no nail loosening was found.Conclusions For children patients with clavicular fracture,it is safe and effective to choose treatment of micro locking plate with external fixation.%目的 探讨微型锁定钢板外固定治疗儿童锁骨骨折的疗效.方法 对21例锁骨骨折患儿均早期行骨折闭合复位微型锁定钢板外固定治疗.结果 21例均获随访,时间6～12周,骨折均骨性愈合.末次随访时肩关节功能按照Constant-Murley评分:优15例,良5例,差1例.1例骨折复位部分丢失,2例钉道有轻微炎性反应,1例钉道处瘢痕增生；无锁钉折断、拔出现象.结论 采取微型锁定钢板外固定治疗儿童锁骨骨折安全、有效.
