逆行骨间背侧动脉皮瓣转移治疗手背软组织缺损

摘要

目的 探讨逆行骨间背侧动脉皮瓣转移治疗手背软组织缺损的临床疗效.方法 采用逆行骨间背侧动脉皮瓣转移治疗13例手背软组织缺损患者,缺损面积为5 cm ×4 cm～ 14 cm ×6 cm.切取皮瓣面积为5 cm×4 cm～15 cm×6 cm.结果 13例皮瓣全部成活,无血管危象发生.患者均获随访,时间3～34个月.皮瓣均平整、柔软、弹性良好,外形满意,手指、掌、腕关节活动均良好.结论 逆行骨间背侧动脉皮瓣转移是治疗手背软组织缺损较理想的方法.%Objectives To explore the clinical curative effect of interosseous dorsal artery flaps by retrograde transfer to treat opisthenar soft tissue defect.Methods The interosseous dorsal artery flap by retrograde transfer was used to treat 13 cases of opisthenar soft tissue defect.The wound area was 5 cm× 4 cm ～ 14 cm ×6 cm,and the harvested flap area of 5 cm × 4 cm ～ 15 cm × 6 cm.Results After 3 ～ 34 months follow-up,all flaps survived completely,and were relative beautiful without vascular crisis.The finger flexion and extension function and wrist function recovered well.Conclusions Retrograde interosseous dorsal artery flap transfer is the ideal method to treat opisthenar soft tissue defect.
