双侧锁定钛板与单侧锁定钛板治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效比较

摘要

Objective To compare the efficacy of bilateral locking titanium plate and unilateral locking titanium plate for distal femoral fracture.Methods 53 patients with distal femoral fracture were treated with bilateral locking titani-um plate in 24 cases and with unilateral locking titanium plate in 29 cases.Fracture healing time and postoperative knee function evaluation were compared.Results The patients were followed up for 12 ~36 months.There was no statistical significant difference in fracture healing time between two groups (P >0.05).There was no significant difference in the comparison of knee flexion and extension function 3 weeks after operation,3 months after operation between the two groups(P >0.05).6 months after operation,bilateral locking titanium plate group showed better knee flexion and extension function(P <0.05).Conclusions Comparing the two groups of locking titanium plate, using bilateral locking titanium plate for internal fixation materials lead to less postoperative complications,and pro-vide better knee flexion and extension function 6 months after operation.%目的：比较双侧锁定钛板与单侧锁定钛板内固定治疗股骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法手术治疗53例股骨远端骨折患者，采用双侧锁定钛板固定（双侧组）24例，单侧锁定钛板固定（单侧组）29例。比较两组骨折愈合时间和术后膝关节功能。结果53例均获随访，时间12～36个月。两组骨折愈合时间比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。术后3周及术后3个月膝关节屈伸活动度两组比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05），术后6个月膝关节屈伸活动度双侧组优于单侧组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论与单侧锁定钛板内固定相比，双侧锁定钛板固定术后并发症更少，术后6个月膝关节活动度更好。
