近视眼患者眼脉动振幅的影响因素分析

         

摘要

目的 探讨影响近视眼患者眼脉动振幅(OPA)的可能因素.方法 采用动态轮廓眼压计(DCT)测量202例(404只眼)近视眼患者眼脉动振幅,同时记录患者的眼压、屈光度、中央角膜厚度、前房深度、角膜曲率、收缩压、舒张压和脉压,采用SPSS 17.0统计分析软件处理所测量的数据,得出相关关系和回归方程.结果 OPA与眼压呈正相关,其相关系数为0.237,P=0.000;与屈光度、前房深度、舒张压呈负相关,其相关系数分别为(-0.247、-0.116、-0.187,P=0.000、0.020、0.000);与收缩压、脉压、中央角膜厚度、角膜曲率不相关,其相关系数分别为(-0.059、0.084、-0.004、-0.035,P=0.236、0.090、0.935、0.479).结论 OPA是反映眼底血流的新方法,有极大的临床应用价值,但在临床诊断时仍应考虑到眼压、屈光度、前房深度、患者的舒张压等因素的影响.%Objective To investigate likelihood factors affecting OPA of myopia. Methods The OPA was measured by applying DCT for 202 myopia cases) 404 eyes). In each case ,intraocular pressure, diopter, central corneal thickness, ACD, corneal curvature,contractive pressure,diastolic pressure,and pulse pressure were recorded repetitively. Correlation and linear regression analysis were obtained by applying SPSS 17. 0 to evaluate the IOP data. Results There was a postive correlation between OPA and intraocular pressure, r =0. 237 , P =0. 000. OPA was observed to have a negative correlation with diopter, ACD and diastolicpressure, r = -0.247, r = -0. 116, r = -0. 187, repetitively; P =0.000, P = 0. 0. 20, P =0. 000,repetitively. OPA was observed to have no correlation with contractive pressure, pulse pressure,central corneal thickness and corneal curvature ,r = -0.059, r =0.084, r = -0.004, r = -0. 035,repetitively; P =0.236, P = 0. 090, P = 0. 935, P = 0.479, repetitively. Conclusion OPA is a new method to reflect blood circulation of retina. It has shown huge clinical pracitcal value. But the affecting factors of intraocular pressure diopter, ACD and diastolic pressure of patients should still be considered in clinical diagnosis.
