新型可移动式调节测量仪的的初步应用与评估

摘要

目的 研制及应用一种新型的可移动式的调节测量仪,为与眼动参数有关的研究领域提供可靠的实验方法和设备.方法 34名受试对象进行规范医学验光后,分别采用米尺和新型科移动式调节测量仪用移近法测定的调节近点,进而计算出调节幅度,采用方差分析法对调节近点进行比较,并对调节幅度和屈光度进行相关性分析.结果 使用可移动式调节测量仪所得的右眼(OD)、左眼(OS)和双眼(OU)调节近点值均大于米尺组,米尺组OU和测量仪组的数据两两比较分析的结果不具有统计学差异(P＞0.05),米尺组OD和OS三组数据的结果有显著性差异(P＜0.004),屈光度和调节幅度之间具有较强的相关性.结论 和传统测量方法相比该调节测量仪在调节近点和调节幅度测量中参数稳定,方便移动,操作简单,重复性好,反应灵敏,对近视眼实验室调节参数的测量具有重大意义.%Objective A new vernier optometer is designed and developed for accommodation measurement.Methods It is measured 34 students by push-up in accommodation near point and amplitude of accommodation using the meterstick and new vernier optometer. Results The data of the vernier optometer group is bigger than that of the meterstick group. OU of the meterstick group and all of the vernier optometer group have no statistical difference, while OD and OS of the meterstick group have. Conclusion The vernier optometer has been proved by clinical testing results, to effective instrument with finest ability , good repeatability and sensitivity for study relating to oculogyral parameters. The vernier optometer is important for the measurement of accommodative parameters in myopia research.
