目的评价白内障超声乳化手术中改良的林格氏灌注液对角膜的影响。方法73例(73只眼)无系统性疾病或者眼部其它异常接受超声乳化手术的老年性白内障患者,按术中使用灌注液的不同分为2组,平衡盐液组(38只眼)和改良林格氏液组(35只眼),用接触式角膜内皮镜和超声角膜测厚仪分别在术前、术后1 d、1个月和3个月测量角膜内皮细胞密度、角膜厚度及内皮细胞变异率。结果术后1 d、1个月和3个月、角膜内皮细胞密度、角膜厚度及细胞面积变异率两组间均无显著性差异(P <0.05)。结论在老年性白内障超声乳化手术中,平衡盐液和改良的林格氏液灌注对角膜的影响程度相似;改良的林格氏液可以替代平衡盐液用于老年性白内障超声乳化术中的前房灌注。%Objective To evaluate the effect of modified lactated Ringer’s solution (MLR)on cornea after phaco-emulsification. Methods Seventy-three patients (73 eyes)with senile cataract were divided into two groups based to re-ceive intraocular irrigation with either BBS (n = 38)or MLR (n = 35)during phacoemulsification. Endothelial specular microphotographs were used to detect the endothelial cell density,central endothelial cell size variability. Ultrasonic pachy-metry was used to determine corneal thickness at baseline and at 1 day,1 month and 6 months after surgery. Results There were no differences in endothelial cell density,central endothelial cell size variability or central cornea thickness (P> 0. 05)Conclusion BSS is similar in affecting the cornea to MLR when they are used for intraocular irrigation during phacoemulsification. MLR is an alternative to BSS for intraocular irrigation.
