非糖尿病患者非外伤性玻璃体积血病因分析

摘要

目的 查找非糖尿病患者非外伤性玻璃体积血的病因.方法 采集2016年1月至2016年12月因非外伤性玻璃体积血在本院行玻璃体切除术的非糖尿病患者258例(262只眼),经玻璃体切除术及术后检查,包括FFA、ICGA、OCT等相关检查明确玻璃体积血病因,并通过统计学比较.主要指标病因分类及根据年龄的病因分类.结果 非糖尿病患者非外伤性玻璃体积血的病因主要为视网膜静脉阻塞,占61.5%;其次为视网膜裂孔,占14.5%;青年组中最常见病因为视网膜静脉周围炎,占45.8%;中年组中最常见的病因为视网膜静脉阻塞,占58.0%;老年组中最常见的病因为视网膜静脉阻塞,占69.0%.结论 引起非糖尿病患者非外伤性玻璃体积血的主要病因为视网膜静脉阻塞,其次为视网膜裂孔,不同年龄段的主要病因不同,青年组中最常见病因为视网膜静脉周围炎,中年组及老年组中最常见病因为视网膜静脉阻塞.%Objective To find the causes of non-traumatic vitreous hemorrhage in non-diabetic patients.Methods System review of 258 non-diabetic patients(262 eyes)who presented with non-traumatic vitreous hemorrhage and treated with vitrectomyin our hospital in 2016.Results of postoperative examinations,including FFA,ICGA,OCT and other exam-inations were collected.Causes of hemorrhage were analyzed withstatistic software for overall classification and age -specific classification.Results The top etiology of non-traumatic vitreous hemorrhage in non-diabetic patients included retinal vein occlusion(61.5%),followed by retinal holes(14.5%).The most common cause in young patients was retinal periphlebi-tis(45.8%).In middle-age and elderly patients,the most common cause was retinal vein occlusion(58.0%,69.0%re-spectively).Conclusions The main causes of non-traumatic vitreous hemorrhage in non-diabetic patients is retinal vein occlusion,followed by retinal breaks.The main causes for different age groups varied.In young patients,the most common cause is retinal periphlebitis while in older patients,the most common cause is retinal vein occlusion.
