Objective To investigate the effect of structural psychological intervention on psychological state and compliance of patients with facial trauma.Methods 78 cases of patients with facial trauma in our hospital from September 2017 to July 2018 selected as the research object and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 39 cases in each group.The patients in the control group patients were given routine nursing intervention while the structural psychological intervention was added to patients in the observation group.The psychological state, quality of life and compliance of the two groups were observed.Results The SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Comparison of quality of life scores of each dimension of two groups of patients showed that the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The compliance rate of the observation group was97.44％, and compared with 76.92％in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of structured psychological nursing can reduce the psychological burden of patients and also improve their quality of life and compliance, which is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的 探讨结构式心理干预对颌面部创伤患者心理状态及依从性的影响.方法 选择2017年9月～2018年7月我科收治的78例颌面部创伤患者为研究对象, 以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组, 各39例.对照组接受常规护理干预.观察组实施结构式心理护理.对两组心理状态、生活质量及依从性进行比较.结果 观察组SDS、SAS评分明显低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义 (P＜0.05) ;观察组生活质量评分高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义 (P＜0.05) ;观察组依从率高于对照组 (P＜0.05) .结论 结构式心理护理能减轻患者心理负担, 并提高其生活质量与依从性, 可应用于临床.
