聚焦解决教育模式对高血压脑出血患者心理危机及焦虑的影响

         

摘要

目的 探讨聚焦解决教育模式对高血压脑出血患者心理危机及焦虑的影响.方法 选取2016年5月~2017年12月我院收治的114例高血压脑出血患者, 随机分为观察组和对照组, 每组57例.对照组给予常规护理.观察组在常规护理的基础上采取聚焦解决教育模式.比较两组干预前后心理危机、焦虑等情况.结果 观察组干预后SCL-90评分明显低于干预前及对照组 (P<0.05) ;两组干预后SAS评分均显著低于干预前, 且观察组低于对照组 (P<0.05) ;观察组焦虑程度明显轻于对照组 (P<0.05) .结论 聚焦解决教育模式应用于高血压脑出血患者护理中, 可显著改善其心理危机及焦虑状态, 对促进患者身体康复具有重要价值.%Objective To explore the effect of focused education on psychological crisis and anxiety in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 114 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital in May 2016-2017 in December were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 57 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group adopted the focused education mode while routine nursing.The psychological crisis and anxiety after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention, the scores of interpersonal sensitivity, somatization and depression of SCL-90 in the observation group were significantly lower than those before intervention and significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After intervention, the SAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention, and the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The anxiety level of the observation group was significantly lighter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions The application of solution-focused education model in nursing care of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can significantly improve their psychological crisis and anxiety, and has important value in promoting physical recovery of patients.
